AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING SEWER
EXTENSIONS FOR LEESBURG COUNTRY CLUB
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute on behalf of the town an Agreement
(PC-2) with Messrs Poehlman, Robert and Thomas for installation of public im-
provements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal sewer works for the subdivision is
approved in accordance with Section 15-9 of the Town Code.
SECTION III. An irrevocable bank letter of credit from Farmer's and
Merchants National Bank in the amount of $12,000 is approved to guarantee
the installation of public improvements.
