A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF
SECTIONS 4-3(d), 4A-3(d), 8-2-11-1 and 9A-3-4 OF THE LEESBURG
ZONING ORDINANCE.
RESOLVED by the the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to Sections 4-3(d),
4A-3(d), 8-2-11-1 and 9A-3-4 of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance regarding townhouse
courts shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on June 20 ,
1985 and June 27 , 1985 for public hearing on July 10
1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg,
Virginia.
