RESOLUTION NO. 85-91 ADOPTED June 12, 1985
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF
SECTIONS 13-75(c) and 13-99(c) OF THE LEESBURG SUBDIVISION AND
LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
RESOLVED by the the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to Sections 13-75(c)
and 13-99(c) of the Leesburg Subdivision and Land Development Regulations
regarding townhouse courts and common driveways shall be published in the
Loudoun Times Mirror on June 20 , 1985 and
June 27 , 1985 for public hearing on July 10 ,
1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg,
Virginia.
