A RESOLUTION : RATIFYING AND REAFFIRMING RESOLUTION 2020-071
AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION 2020-087
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted Resolution 2020-071 dated June 9, 2020
regarding the acceptance and appropriation of the first phase of CARES ACT of 2020 funding
and submission of a recommended spending plan to Loudoun County ; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council amended the above-referenced resolution by
Resolution 2020-087 dated August 11, 2020; and
WHEREAS, in order to comply with Va. Code Section 15.2-2507, to the extent that it
is applicable, a public hearing of even date was conducted.
THEREFORE,RESOLVED,by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that:
1. Resolution 2020-071 as amended by Resolution 2020-087 is hereby ratified and
reaffirmed in its entirety.
