RESOLUTION NO. 85-108 ADOPTED June 26, 1985
A RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR LANDSCAPING SERVICES FOR EAST MARKET STREET
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg and the Economic Advisory Commission
adopted a study entitled the "East Market Street Urban Design Study" to improve
the appearance of a primary entrance to town; and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to continue landscape improvements along East
Market Street; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal for landscape improvement has been received
by Blake Landscaping which is the low bid.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
An appropriation is made from the FY1985 General Fund, unappropriated
fund balance to Account ~102.701, Market Street Improvements in the amount of
$9,315.
