REGARDING VEPCO TRACT SALES CONTRACT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager is directed to certify to First American Bank that the developer
of Parcel 3 of the VEPCO tract has satisfied all the terms of paragraph 4, page 8
of the Sales Contract and Development Agreement dated May 24, 1985 between the
Town of Leesburg and Market Square Associates, Inc.
