Default having been made in the payment of principal and interest now due as provided
by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Brice E.J. lmsland and Lori C. Imsland,
husband and wife, dated May 15, 1997, recorded in Deed of Trust Book 224 at Page 744 in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cole County, Missouri, at Jefferson City, Missouri, conveying
to the therein named Trustee, the following described property situated in the County of Cole,
State of Missouri, to wit:
THE WESTERLY PART OF INLOT NO. 736, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

At the request of the legal holder of said note, I, Duane Schreimann, duly appointed
Successor Trustee per Removal of Trustee and Appointment of Successor Trustee recorded in
Book 646 at Page 541, Cole County Recorder's Office, will sell the above-described property at
public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the South front door of the Cole County
Courthouse in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., to
satisfy said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
