RESOLUTION NO. 85-121 ADOPTTED July 24, 1985
A RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR $10,000 TO THE SOUTH HARRISON
STREET CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS, the F.Y. 85 budget included funds for a park to be constructed
as a constituent element of the South Harrison Street project; and
WHEREAS, when bids were received for the construction of the park they
were $10,000 more than orginally appropriated:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
An appropriation is made to expenditure Account 900-9300-700-093 (Park)
in the amount of $10,000 and will remain in effect until the project is completed.
