The Trustees of the District raet on call at the office of the
Teraporary Chairman, Mr. George C. Willson, at 1930 Boatmen's Bank Bldg., at
2:00 P.M. on April 11, 195^. Trustees present: Wm. C. E. Becker, John M.
Bogdanor, Jos. L. Doran, J. E.- Williams, Jr., and George C. Willson. Absent:
Wm.' W.' Ifertin. •
The meeting was called to order by Mr. George C. Willson, Temporary
Chainnan.
The meeting was held for the purpose of interviewing individuals
whose names had been suggested for the position of Executive Director of the
District. The Board interviewed Mr. L. E. Ordelheide, of the Health Division
of the State of Missouri, and Dr. Classen, of Illinois University, as to their
availability for appointment to the position of Executive Director. No action
was taken.
Upon raotion duly made and seconded, the Boaxd^adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
