RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough")
have successfully identified unclaimed property from the State of New Jersey in the
amount of $30,542.78; and
WHEREAS, in order to obtain the return of said amount it is necessary for the
Borough to execute a New Jersey Department of Treasury Claim Form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor
and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the documents necessary to
obtain the release of the unclaimed property.
Adopted this 6th day of November, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on November 7, 1997.
