AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR FY 86 INSURANCE
PREMIUMS
WHEREAS, the adopted budget for fiscal year 1986 appropriated funds for
the payment of law enforcement professional liability, comprehensive business
and automotive insurance coverages in the amount of $72,700; and
WHEREAS, actual premiums for those coverages totalled $76,435:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
An appropriation of funds is made to Utility Fund Account No. 3110-530-010
in the amount of $3,735 for the additional amount required to fund insurance
premium payments for fiscal year 1986.
