85-135 ADOPTED August 14, 1985
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The town manager is authorized and directed to sell by public
auction on September 10, 1985 certain vehicles and surplus equipment described
in a memorandum to the Council dated August 2, 1985.
SECTION II. The town manager shall publish appropriate notices of the
above items available in the August 28 and September 4, 1985 issues of the
LOUDOUN TIMES-MIRROR.
