A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE MASTER AGREEMENT
NO. 07-5403F15 FOR FEDERAL -AID PROJECTS
WHEREAS, federal funds will not be made available for a specific program project until
the Administering Agency and the State enter into an agreement to establish the terms and
conditions applicable to the Administering Agency when receiving federal funds for a designated
project facility and to the subsequent operation and maintenance of that completed facility, and
WHEREAS, the Administering Agency -State Master Agreement No. 07-5403F15 for
Federal -Aid Projects followed by a Program Supplement Agreement will permit the City to
receive federal funds for a designated project.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it determined by the City Council of the City of Carson,
California, that:
Section 1. The Administering Agency -State Master Agreement No. 07-5403F15 for
Federal -Aid Projects is hereby approved, the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and the City
Clerk to attest to the execution of the agreement, and the City Clerk is further authorized to
deliver the executed agreement, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to the State of
California.
