ESTABLISHING AUGUST COURT DAYS ANNUAL PERMIT FEE AND WAIVING
SECTION 16-67 OF THE TOWN CODE PERTAINING TO DEPOSIT OF PERMIT
FEE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The fee for a permit to use the public streets for the sale
of goods and services during the 1985 August Court Days festival shall be fifty
dollars ($50).
SECTION II. Section 16-67 of the Town Code pertaining to depositing
fees collected from vendors to the General Fund is hereby waived for the 1985
August Court Days festival.
