JOURNAL OF THE 53RD MEETING OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEV^/ER DISTRICT
OCTOBER IITH, 195*+
The Trustees of the District met in the Board Roora at 506 Olive
Street at 2:00 P.M. on October Uth, 195*+. Trustees present: George C
Willson, Chairman, John M. Bogdanor, Vice Chairman, Jos. L. Doran, J. E.
Williaras, Jr., Wm. C E. Becker, W. W. Martin. Staff merabers present:
John P. McCararaon, General' Counsel, Raymond L. Hanson, Engineer, L. McKenna,
Secretary-Treasurer. Staff raerabers absent: L. E. Ordelheide, Executive
Director, Dr. Victor Brarmon, Consultant. Mr."Charles W. Kaiser, Jr.
representing the City of St. Louis was presen"t. Mr. Wra. Kline, represent-
ing St. Louis Coimty Counselor's office, absent.
The Journal of the meeting of October 7th, 195*+"was read. Mr.
Williams moved and Mr. Maxtin seconded that the Journal, as read and cor-
rected, be approved. Poll of the Board showed - Doran, aye; Williams, aye;
Maxtin, aye; Becker, aye; Willson, aye; Bogdanor, aye. Six ayes - no nays.
The raotion v/as passed unaniraously.
Mr. McCammon reported on meeting at Vinita Park.
At Mr. Ordelheide's request, Mr. McCaramon teilked about taxation
as against sewer service maintenance charges and discussed the matter at
length with all Boaxd merabers.
Mr. Ifertin raoved and Mr. Doran seconded that the raeeting adjourn
until Monday, October l8th, 195*+.
The meeting adjourned at 3:*+0 P.M.
