A RESOLUTION:

ADOPTED August 14, 1985
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LEESBURG
AND KRB LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission will consider development plan approval
for a nine unit office and warehouse facility known as the KRB Development
hereafter; and
WHEREAS, the town desires to protect areas within this development for
future right-of-way necessary to construct Plaza Street extended; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared which adequately and fairly com-
pensates KRB Development for the right-of-way reservation and dedication if
required:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to execute that certain agreement
between the Town of Leesburg and KRB Limited Partnership ,as transmitted to
the Council with a memorandum dated August 1~ 1985.
