Motion made by Mr. W. W. Martin, seconded by Mr. Jos. L. Doran, that toe
above Ordinance be adopted.

above Ordinance be adopted.

2. SliMERS ACRES SUB-DIVISION,
Suggestion was made by toe Board that Mr. L. E. Ordelheide prepare a letter
to Mr. Louis Miller outlining specific procedures to be followed, and present
same for Boanl approval.
3. DELLWOOD HILLS, PLAT NO. 2. (KROEGER SUB-DIVISION).
Mr. Ordelheide presented P.H.A. foim, submitted by Mr. Robert Joyce, showing
information tha-t; toe Plat was filed wito P.H.A, April 15, 1953/ and that sixty-five
acres were involved. Plat showed that sani-taiy sewerage for entire sub-division
vas to be discharged in-to toe Oakboro Plant. The records of toe St. Louis Coun-t^
Health Department Indicate that only Plat #1 of -this sub-division vas approved
for connection to toe Oakboro ^Dc^atment Plant,
Plat fZ vas not approved in -the same maimer, toe contractor being ad-vri.sed
by the St. Louis County Healto Department that said plat being presented after
existence of this District, sewer connections would have -bo be constructed in
line wito the present policy of toe Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
Suggestion made by toe Board of Trustees that Mr, L. E. Ordelheide prepare
a letter wito a definite plan for this particular Plat and present same for

There being no furtoer business motion made by Mr. W. W. Martin, seconded
by Mr. Jos. L. Doran, that the meeting he adjourned. !I3tiere being no objection
