Present at meeting: Board of Trus"tees Staff Members John M, Bogdanor, Vice Chairman L, E. Ordelheide, Executive Director Win. C. E. Becker J. P, McCammon, General Counsel Jos. L, Doran J. E, Clark, Secre'tary-Treasurer W, W. Martin Dr. Victor Brannon, Consultant Raymond L, Hanson, Engineer Bdvard Schneider, Public Relations Represen"bative Mr, Bogdanor presided, 1, MALINE-HATHAWAY. Dr. Herbert R. Domke, St. Louis County Commissioner of Health, and Mr. Clifford Mitchell, of toe same department, gave a very thorough explana- tion of the vsirious conversations and activities vith Mr. Fred Helmkanrpf, Engineer for the Maline-Hathavay Sever District, prior and subsequent to toe advent of the Metropoli'tan St. Louis Sever District, ansvering many questions presented by the Board and Mr. Ordelheide. Mr. Ordelheide presented a copy of possible recommendations that could be incorporated in-to a letter for approval of some plans. Recommendations vere accepted, in principle, and toe Executive Direc-tor vas directed 1x) prepare a letter "to the Vorhof-Duenke Corapany outlining toe policy of toe Metropolitan St. Louis Sever District to this subdi"vision. He vas further directed "that toe letter be approved by the General Counselor. There being no furtoer business, motion made by Mr, W. W, Martin, seconded by Mr. Jos. L, Doran, "that the meeting be adjourned. There being no objection toe meeting adjourned at 1*:30 P.M. asurer I
