The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met November 4, 2015, in the Small Conference
Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by Bill
Luebbert at 5:00 p.m. A quorum was present.
Approval of Minutes from the September 2, 2015 Meeting
A motion was made by Dave Steinman and seconded by Richard Green to approve the minutes
of the September 2, 2015 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands.
Review License Applications
• Thomas Cannon applied to take the Journeyman Exam. A motion to approve his
application was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Sam Thomas. Motion passed by
show of hands.
• Justin Donahue applied to take the Journeyman Exam. A motion to approve his
application was made by Chris Bruemmer and seconded by David Steinman. Motion
passed by show of hands.
• John Niedergerke applied to take the Journeyman Exam. A motion to approve his
application was made by Dave Steinman and seconded by Sam Thomas. Motion
passed by show of hands.
• Robert Horn applied to get his Master License. A motion to approve his application was
made by Ray Fink and seconded by Jim Gooch. Motion passed by show of hands.
Old Business
None.
New Business
Larry Burkhardt, City of Jefferson Building Official, presented to the Board the proposed Building
Code Review. He discussed the committees that would be formed and their purpose.
Schedule Next Meeting
The next meeting was tentatively set for January 6, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
Adjournment
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
