A RESOLUTION:
RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF WASHINGTON-VIRGINIA
TRADITIONAL DEVELOPMENT SITES, INC. FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING
DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING
UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Theapplication of Washington-Virginia Traditional Development Sites,
Inc. for revision of the Zoning District Map, assigned #ZM-59, is received and
referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing and recommendation
under Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
