Final Plat Application, Development Agreement & Annexation Agreement – Eagle Rock Engineering, Sunrise Acres; a Subdivision located on the South side of 49th North, between 45th and 55th East ACTION ITEM b. Preliminary Plat Application – Eagle Rock Engineering, Elim Estates; a Subdivision located on the North side of Iona Road, between 45th East and Olsen Avenue ACTION ITEM c. Variance Application – Eagle Rock Engineering; Variance for Elim Estates relating to the length of road allowed for permanent dead-end streets as stated in § 10-1-17(B)(4) of the Iona City Code ACTION ITEM d. Rezoning Application – Scott Kelly; Rezoning from Commercial (C) to Single Family Residential (R-1) for a vacant lot on Main Street, between Hansen Avenue and Iona Road ACTION ITEM 5. ADJOURNMENT 1 The Idaho Open Meeting Act prohibits Council deliberation or a decision on matters that are not specifically listed on the Agenda.
