RESOLUTION NO. 85-168 ADOPTED September 11, 1985
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AND
LETTER OF CREDIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
THE COLONIAL SELF STORAGE DEVELOPMENT.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements
for the Colonial Self Storage Development Plan.
SECTION II. An irrevocable letter of credit from First American Bank of
Virginia, McLean, Virginia, in an amount to'be approved by the Director of
Engineering and in a form approved by the Town Attorney is approved as security
to guarantee installation of the public improvements shown on plans to be
approved by the Director of Engineering for the Colonial Self Storage Develop-
ment.
