BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
zalJR; CIASSIFICATICti AMEH>ED TO "IC".
The zoning classification of "R" Rural Residential District of
the following described property within the City of Bel Aire, Kansas
shall be and is hereby amended and changed to the zoning
classification of "Le" Light Corrnrercial District, to wit:
The North 297.42 feet, more or less, of the South
700 feet of the West 600 feet of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 19, Township 26 South, Range 2
East of the 6th P.M. in Sedgwick County, Kansas,
except the West 50 feet thereof for street right-
of-way.
consisting of approximately 3.80 acres.
Section 2.
zamG CLASSIFICATICti AMFH>ED TO "B"
The zoning classification of "R" Rural Residential District of
the following described property within the City of Bel Aire, Kansas,
shall be and the same is hereby ammended and changed to the zoning
classification of "B" Multi Family Residential District., to wit:
The South 150 feet of the Soutwest Quarter of
Section 19, Township 26 South, Range 2 East of the
6th P.M., except the West 600 feet thereof
previously zoned "Le" and except the street right-
of-way of 45th Street
consisting of approximately 6.7 acres.
Section 3.
1QUK; MAP AMEK>ED
The official "The City of Bel Aire Zoning Plan" zoning map shall
be and is hereby amended in accordance with the findings made in
Section 1 and 2 of this Ordinance.
Sectim 4. .t;t"J!"~IVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon it's
publication in the official city newspaper.
