DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO

WItEREAS, application bas been properly made to tim Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by St. El/as Byzantine Rite C~t..holic
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WI1EREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that tim
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WllEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signitied that tile games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulatious.
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE 1T AND 1T IS ItEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Couucil of the Borough pf Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing, upon proper
presentation of application aud fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicau~ (s);
BE 1T FURTilER RESOLVED that a ceflified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to tile Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
