ITEM #1: Comments from the Chair.
ITEM #2: Request of Ben J. Johnson heirs to Rezone .42 acres at 131 West King Street
from R-20 (Residential) to CC (Central Commercial)(Tax Map
4.36.A.12)(Continued from July).
ITEM #3: Request of Roger Stephens to Rezone 50 acres on Old Chapel Hill -Hillsborough
Road from GC (General Commercial) to R-20 (Residential, 20,000 square foot
lots) (Tax Map 4.45.36). Qky" Itv-pkc> a QP
ITEM #4: Request of Marsmeadow, Inc. to Zone the newly annexed 11+ acre tract in the
Meadowlands (former Tecan property) Office -Institutional (Tax Map 4.40.A.11 a).
ITEM #5: Expansion of the Hillsborough Historic District to more closely follow the
boundary of the district listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
ITEM #6: Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments (attachment):
a. Add Section 4.11 and amend Section 3.4 (Permitted Use Table) to allow
Central Commercial uses in historic houses in the Historic District with a
Conditional Use 2 Permit.
b. Amend Section 3.4 (Permitted Use Table) to allow "Recreation Facilities,
non-profit" in the Office -Institutional district.
C. Amend Section 3.4 (Permitted Use Table) and Section 15 (Definitions) to
create and define "Extended Care Facility" as a use in the OI and GC
districts.
d. Amend Section 15 (Definitions) to define "Hospital".
I'T`EM #6: Close Public Hearing.
ITEM #7: Convene Town Board regular meeting.
a) Continued discussion of reservoir issues.
b) Executive Session to discuss personnel and pending litigation.
ITEM #8: Adjournment.
Substantive changes in the proposed amendments may be made by the Town Board
following Public Hearing.
It is essential to have. a quorum present at this meeting.
