RE-ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL RETAINER FOR THE POSITION OF DEPUTY
TOWN ATTORNEY AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION THEREFOR
WHEREAS, the advertisement published by the Leesburg Town Council for
the position of deputy town attorney included an annual retainer of $7500.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The annual retainer for position of deputy town attorney
is hereby established at $7500 payable in monthly installments of $625.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made to the General Fund, Account No.
1204.1006, Retainer, in the amount of $250 for the fiscal year ending June
30, 1986.
