RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The town manager is authorized and directed to appoint Marilynn B. Cushman
as Set-Off Debt Coordinator under the Set-Off Debt Collection Act, Section
58-19.6 through 58-19.21 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, for as
long as the Town of Leesburg is a participant in the set-off debt collection
program.
