A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2016117
BUDGET IN THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BOND
PROCEEDSFUND
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the City's FY 2016117 budget on
June 21, 2016; and
WHEREAS, funds are needed to construct Project No. 540: Curb Ramp
Improvements — Avalon Boulevard at Bonds Street, and Avalon Boulevard at the
Southerly City Limits; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2015117 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it determined by the City Council of the City of
Carson, California that:
Section 1. The following amendment will be made to the City's budget:

Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall keep
a copy of this resolution attached to the FY 2016117 budget on file, and effective as of
April 18, 2017, the same shall be in force and effect.
