APPROVING THE CONCEPT PLAN FOR FOXRIDGE PARK
WHEREAS, Patton, Harris, Rust & Associates has prepared a concept plan
for the Foxridge Park; and
WHEREAS, the Finance & Administration Committee of the Council has recom-
mended that the Council approve this design concept:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The concept plan for the Foxridge Park is approved subject
to future modifications to the picnic pavilion.
SECTION II. The manager is authorized to advertise for bids for Option
One subject to inclusion of restroom facilities.
