RESOLUTION NO. 15-075
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON, CALIFORNIA, GIVING THE ACTING DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE LIMITED AND TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO
EXPEND FUNDS OF THE CITY, SUBJECT TO THE CITY
COUNCIL'S APPROVAL OF THE DEMAND REGISTER AS
REQUIRED BY LAW, PENDING ADOPTION OF THE
FISCAL YEAR 2015116 ANNUAL SPECIAL REVENUE
FUNDS BUDGETS AND APPROVAL OF THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Acting Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
expend funds of the Special Revenue Funds of the City for the purpose of
paying ongoing City expenses until the budgets are adopted by the City
Council.
Section 2. The level of such expenditures and authorization is limited to
the FY 2014115 level of appropriations previously approved by the City Council,
and those items that the City Council has subsequently authorized by separate
Council action.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original resolutions of said
City; and shall make a minute order of the passage and adoption thereof in the
records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City, in the minutes of the
meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of June 2015.
