AMENDING THE TOWN OF LEESBURG'S PURCHASING MANUAL
WHEREAS, due to certain legislative changes that have been made to the
Virginia Public Procurement Ac~which is Chapter 7 Title 11 of the 1950 Code
of Virginia as amended, it is necessary to amend the town's Purchasing Manual
to effect compliance.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
that the town's Purchasing Manual is hereby amended to comply with legislative
changes that have occurred to the Virginia Public Procurement Act.
