RESOLUTION NO. 85-197 ADOPTED November 13, 1985
A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND APPROVING A MAINTENANCE BOND FOR CALLAHAN
OFFICE BUILDING
WHEREAS, the developer of the Callahan Office Building has substantially
completed the required public improvements in accordance with town standards
and specifications and only several minor items remain to be completed:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The public improvements for Callahan Office Building are
accepted for public use by the town.
SECTION II. The cash bond in the amount of $7,407 is reduced to $307
and a cash maintenance bond to be in effect for a period of one year from
this date in amount of $307 is approved upon final inspection and approval by
the Director of Engineering.
