A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF BLEACHERS AND GRILLS FOR ,
CITY PARKS OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS: the City Council has reviewed the need for the purchase of replacement
bleachers and the purchase of two cooking grills for the city parks.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that the City
Council approves the purchase of bleachers and cooking grills for the amount of $18, 522:25
from the All Inclusive REC. LLC. The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City
Clerk to expedite purchase of said equipment. The City Council authorizes the purchase with
Park General funds.
On this 9th day of February 2011, at the regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Council person Travis Weipert introduced Resolution 2011-06 A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF BLEACHERS AND GRILLS FOR CITY PARKS OF
TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Council
person,Chris Ball.
AYES: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Mike Gerick
WHEREUPON1 Four votes by City Council approved Resolution 2010-32, Mayor Phillips
declared°that Resolution 2011-06 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, AND APPROVED THIS 9th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2011.
