AWARD OF BID - YEARLY CATCH BASIN & SEWER PIPE
REHABILITATION
WHEREAS, bids for Yearly Catch Basin & Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation were authorized
by Resolution #97-308 on October 2, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on November 6, 1997:
BIDDER 10% BID PRICE
B&W Construction Co., Inc. B.B. $137,150.00
of N.J., Inc.

Matawan, N.J. 07747
WHEREAS, said bidder has agreed to reduce his bid price to $107,350.00; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Borough of
Carteret that the bid for Yearly Catch Basin & Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation is hereby
awarded to:
B&W CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. OF N.J.
in the mount of $107,350.00.
Adopted this 18th day of November, 1997 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
November 19, 1997.

AWARD OF BID YEARLY CATCH BASIN & SEWER PIPE REHABILITATION.
According to the terms set forth in BID SPECIFICATIONS.
