SPECIAL MEETING
April 16, 2002
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. In attendance were Councilmembers
Kirstin Peterson, Jeffrey Davis, and Kyle Bailey. Also in attendance
were City Manager Donna J. Metzler, and City Recorder/Assistant City
Manager Rachel Ellison. Councilmember Sweeten arrived at 6:06 PM
and Councilmember Stucki arrived at 6:18 PM.
SPECIAL MEETING & Al"IENDANCE
Councilmember Peterson moved to approve a Request by the Tour of TOUR OF CANYONLANDS USE OF
Canyonlands for use of Swanny City Park on April 20 and 21, 2002 to SWANNY CITY PARK, APPROVED
Conduct an Awards Ceremony. Councilmember Davis seconded the
motion. The motion carried 3-0 aye.
City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the Grand Valley
Water and Sewer District Draft Sewer Agreement. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:55 PM.
