RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF RAYMOND C.
HAWKINS FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11,
TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of Raymond C. Hawkins for revision of the zoning
district map, assigned No. ZM-72 to rezone 237,763.548 square feet of
land from County PD-GI to Town R-4, is received and referred to the
Planning Commission for public hearing and recommendation under
Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
