SPECIAL MEETING
April 18, 2002
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 6:50 p.m. In attendance were Councilmembers
Kirstin Peterson, Jeffrey Davis, Gregg Stucki, Kyle Bailey and Rob
Sweeten. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna J. Metzler,
Public Works Director Brent Williams, and City Recorder/Assistant City
Manager Rachel Ellison.
City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the budget for
fiscal year 2002/2003. Discussion followed between Councilmembers
and Department Heads.
Councilmember Sweeten moved to Enter an Executive Session for the
purposes of Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or
Mental Health of an Individual. Councilmember Davis seconded the
motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye.
An Executive Session was entered at 10:19 PM.
Councilmember Sweeten moved to Close the Executive Session.
Councilmember Stucki seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0
aye.
The Executive Session was closed at 11:15 PM.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 11:20 PM.
