A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING SPECIAL COUNSEL
PRESENTED December 11. 1985
ADOPTED December 11, 1985
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
W. H. Jolly, Attorney at Law, Galax, Virginia, is appointed as special coun-
sel to represent the Town in matters pertaining to the 1983 annexation agreement
between the Town and Loudoun County.
