Resolutions 30 Adoption of Resolution No. 3080 as part of the Metropolitan St. Louis District’s 15 (MSD) continued commitment to the utilization of certified Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) and minority and female workforces in all aspects of its contracting activities a Disparity Study has been completed (by Mason Tillman) that defines narrowly tailored MWBE contracting and minority and female workforce goals for MSD’s program. As committed, the Board of Trustees received the Disparity Study and will enact the appropriate narrowly tailored contracting and workforce goals, as defined in the study. 31 Adoption of Resolution No. 3072 expressing the Board of Trustees’ appreciation to George C. Also, this project will address sanitary sewer surcharging, manhole overflows, and building backups during wet weather events. This easement has been appraised. Currently, the District has been unable to negotiate a settlement with the owner. This project is now tentatively scheduled to begin construction in FY2013.
