A RESOLUTION: SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO THE SUBDIVISION AND
LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REGARDING EXPIRATION OF PRE-
LIMINARYAND FINAL PLATS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider a proposed amendment of
Section 13-57(b) of the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations of the
Town Code shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on .T~n,,ary 2~ ,
1986 and January 30 , 1986 for public hearing on
February 12 , 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10
Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
