IMP~T~PLAN FOR USEOF PIgJ~M INOCIV~
~, the South Harrison Street Redevelopment Project will generate
program income that must be used for economic development objectives, and
WHEREAS, the Comnonwealth of Virginia Department of Housing and Coflmunity
Development requires that Council approve a plan for the use of program income.
THEREHJRE, RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Plan for the Use of Program Income, transmitted to Council on January
10, 1986, is hereby approved.
