A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING AN
ENTERTAINMENT PERMIT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been submitted to this City
Council an application for an entertainment permit to provide
dance and entertainment, being Reference No. 24096 -7 in the
County Sheriff's Department; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held thereon and the
City Council is satisfied that the representations contained in
said application are true and correct;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ftND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that a dance
and entertainment permit is hereby granted to Jesse Cook for
premises located at 9669 East Las Tunas Drive, Temple City,
subject to the condition that any person assuming managerial
control in the absence of the licensee must first be identified
to the Sheriff's Department License Detail and subject to the
approval of the City of Temple City,
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 8th day of June , 1966.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at an
adjourned regular meeting held on the 8th day of June, 1966,
by the following vote of the Council:
