The Trustees of the District met in Room 109 at 2350 Market on the above date.

NEW BUSINESS
Ordinances
INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF PROPOSED ORD. NO. 13763 REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 13743 AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF WASTEWATER
SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2013B, OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER
DISTRICT; PRESCRIBING THE FORM AND DETAILS OF SAID BONDS; AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS AND DOCUMENTS AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS RELATING
THERETO.
Proposed Ord. No. 13763 was presented and read. This ordinance authorizes the
District to issue the Series 2013B Bonds and authorizes District officials to execute necessary documents.
Motion by Mr. Berry seconded by Mr. Yates that proposed Ord. No. 13763 be
introduced.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted to suspend the rules to allow
for adoption of proposed Ord. No. 13763.
Motion made by Ms. Mandel, seconded by Ms. Patton that proposed Ord. No.
13763 be adopted.
Motion passed – 5 ayes, no nays

The Chair declared proposed Ord. No. 13763 adopted.

Upon motion made Mr. Yates, seconded by Mr. Buford, and unanimously passed, the meeting adjourned at 10:58 a.m.
