RESOLUTION NO. 86-27 ADOPTED February 12, 1986
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT, APPROVING A PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS LOUDOUN COUNTY
SANITATION AUTHORITY
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia als
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the
Town an agreement (Form PC-2) with Loudoun County Sanitation Authority for
installation of public improvements shown on the plans approved by the
Director of Engineering for the Loudoun County Sanitation Authority' Develop-
ment plan.
SECTION II. An irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved
by the town attorney from Sovran Bank of Virginia in the amount of $25,684
is approved as security to guarantee installation of the public improvements
shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering for the Loudoun
County Sanitation Authority development plan.
