HEREIN DESCRIBED ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS AND AMENDING THE -THE CITY OF BEL AlRE

KANSAS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
Section 1. zauR; CLASSIFICATICN ESTABIJS8FD.
Zoning Classification of "LC" Light Commercial shall be and is
hereby established for the following described tract of land within
the City of Bel Aire, Kansas, to wit:
Beginning 50 feet east and 700 feet north of the
southwest corner of the southwest quarter of
Section 19, Township 26 South, Range 2 East,
Sedgwick County, Kansas, and running thence east
550 feet; thence north 256.6 feet; thence west 550
feet; thence south 256.6 feet to the place of
beginning.
Section 2. zauR; MAP AMmDFD
The official "The City of Bel Aire Zoning Plan" zoning map shall
be and is hereby amended in accordance with the findings made in
Section 1 of this Ordinance.
Section 3. Q"J!".tC.l'IVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon it's
p~lication in the official city newspaper.
