A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING MAP
AMENDMENT #ZM-70 BY BRUCE M. BROWNELL
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider rezoning application #~-70, by
Bruce M. Brownell to amend the zoning district map of the Leesburg Zoning
Ordinance, to rezone 82.9 ares of land from County R-1 located north and
west of Route 654 and bounded on the northeast by land of the Northern
Virginia Park Authority shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on
February 20 , 1986 and February 27 , 1986 for
public hearing on March 12 , 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W. Leesburg, Virginia.
