A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND APPROVING A MAINTENANCE BOND FOR LEESBt~G PLAZA
COURT 1, LOT THREE
WHEREAS, the developer of the Leesburg Plaza Court 1, Lot three has
completed public improvements in accordance with town standards and speci-
fications and these have been inspected and approved by the Director of
Engineering:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The public improvements for Plaza Court 1, Lot Three are
accepted for public use by the Town.
SECTION II. The performance guarantee in the form of a cash bond in
the amount of $4,438.50 is released, and a cash maintenance bond in the
amount of $221 to be in effect for a period of one year from this date is
approved.
