A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING THE CALIFORNIA DIS-
ASTER AND CIVIL DEFENSE MASTER MUTUAL AID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, EARL WARREN, Governor of the State of California,
on the 15th day of November, 1950, executed the California Disas-
ter and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement on behalf of
the State of California and all its Departments and Agencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
does, by resolution, hereby approve and agree to abide by said
California Disaster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement;
and the Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized and directed
to send two certified copies of this resolution to The State
Disaster Council for filing with said State Disaster Council.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21st day of June , 1966.
