AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER
COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager shall enter into a contract on behalf of the town with
Virginia Electric and Power Company for the purchase of electricity in
accordance with negotiations between the Virginia Municipal League, 'the
Virginia Association of Counties and Virginia Electric and Power Company.
The term of this agreement shall be for a period beginning July 1, 1985
day of April , i[986.
and ending June 30, 1988.
