Keeley Construction Company for the aforesaid sanitary sewer construction. 19 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14983 - Webster Groves Trunk E Sanitary Rehabilitation and I/I Reduction Phase III (11677) Appropriating Four Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($440,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary sewer construction in Webster Groves Trunk E Sanitary Rehabilitation and I/I Reduction Phase III (11677) in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21685 with L. Keeley Construction Company for the aforesaid sanitary sewer construction. 20 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14984 - Baxter Road #273 and #301 Storm Sewer (11593) Appropriating One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for storm sewer construction in Baxter Road #273 and #301 Storm Sewer (11593) in the City of Ballwin, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21678 with Enterprise Sewer & Drain for the aforesaid storm sewer construction. 21 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14985 - Schuetz Road and Willow Brook Cove Storm Sewers (11511) Appropriating One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for storm sewer construction in Schuetz Road and Willow Brook Cove Storm Sewers (11511) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21679 with Pace Construction Company for the aforesaid storm sewer construction. 22 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14986 - Hermitage Sanitary Relief (SKME-615) (10863) Declaring the necessity for the acquisition of easements and temporary easements in certain real property within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for the purpose of construction of sewers and related appurtenances in the project known as Hermitage Sanitary Relief (SKME-615) (10863) in the City of Frontenac, Missouri to serve the needs of residents of the area, and authorizing staff to proceed with further condemnation efforts related to the project, including but not limited to the purchase and/or the filing of all necessary court pleadings or documents to commence and prosecute formal legal proceedings for the acquisition of said easements and temporary construction easements. (12296) in the City of Town and Country, Missouri to serve the needs of residents of the area, and authorizing staff to proceed with further condemnation efforts related to the project, including but not limited to the purchase and/or the filing of all necessary court pleadings or documents to commence and prosecute formal legal proceedings for the acquisition of said easements and temporary construction easements. 24 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14988 - DC-02 & DC-03 Sanitary Relief (Brentwood Blvd to Conway Rd) Phase III and IV (12472) Declaring the necessity for the acquisition of easements and temporary easements in certain real property within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for the purpose of construction of sewers and related appurtenances in the project known as DC-02 & DC-03 Sanitary Relief (Brentwood Blvd to Conway Rd) Phase III and IV (12472) in the City of Ladue, Missouri to serve the needs of residents of the area, and authorizing staff to proceed with further condemnation efforts related to the project, including but not limited to the purchase and/or the filing of all necessary court pleadings or documents to commence and prosecute formal legal proceedings for the acquisition of said easements and temporary construction easements. 25 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14989 - Real Estate Brokerage Services – McArthur & Associates, Inc. Authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a general services agreement with McArthur & Associates, Inc., whereby McArthur & Associates, Inc. will provide the District with Real Estate Brokerage Services by performing services associated with the disposal of certain properties that are not needed by the District. 26 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14990 - Coldwater Creek WWTF Final Clarifiers Replacement (12504) Making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for engineering during construction phase services in Coldwater Creek WWTF Final Clarifiers Replacement (12504) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 20336 with Donohue & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering during construction phase services. 27 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14991 - Flow Metering and Monitoring (2017) (12759) Making a supplemental appropriation of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for flow meter and monitoring in Flow Metering and Monitoring (2017) (12759) District- wide; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 20477 with ADS Environmental Services for the aforesaid flow meter and monitoring. 28 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14992 - General Services Agreement – Landscape Design (2019) (13044) Appropriating Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for general landscape design services in General Services Agreement – Landscape Design (2019) (13044) throughout The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service Area; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21698 with DTLS Inc. for landscape design for green infrastructure, bank stabilization, and other unique technical services. Revised 9/12/18 - Pg 5 Revised: 9/12/2018 2:45 PM 29 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14993 - General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract A (12382) Making a supplemental appropriation of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract A (12382) at various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 21640 with Real Estate Analysts Limited for property appraisal services associated with the acquisition of easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation. 30 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14994 - General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract B (12383) Making a supplemental appropriation of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract B (12383) at various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 21641 with Mueller & Neff Real Estate Appraisers & Consultants for property appraisal services associated with the acquisition of easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation. 31 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14995 - General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract C (12384) Making a supplemental appropriation of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract C (12384) at various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 21642 with Przada Appraisal Services LLC for property appraisal services associated with the acquisition of easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation. 32 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14996 - General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract D (12385) Making a supplemental appropriation of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for property appraisal services in General Services Agreement – Property Appraisal (2018) Contract D (12385) at various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 21643 with DJ Howard & Associates, Inc. for property appraisal services associated with the acquisition of easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation. 33 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14997 - Pump Station Replacement Projects (Phase I) (P-708) (11701) Making a supplemental appropriation of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of pump stations in Pump Station Replacement Projects (Phase I) (P-708) (11701) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 20205 with HR Green, Inc. for design of pump stations. 34 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14998 - Stream Flow Gauge Operation and Maintenance (USGS) (10766) Making a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for stream flow monitoring in Stream Flow Gauge Operation and Maintenance (USGS) (10766) District-wide; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10422 with U. S. Geological Survey for stream flow monitoring. Revised 9/12/18 - Pg 6 Revised: 9/12/2018 2:45 PM 35 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 14999 - Stream Flow Water Quality Sampling (2017) (12003) Making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars ($273,789.00) from the General Fund to be used for water quality sampling in Stream Flow Water Quality Sampling (2017) (12003) District-wide; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20455 with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for water quality sampling. 36 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15000 - Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (Contract A) (12688) Making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design in Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (Contract A) (12688) in the Cities of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Flordell Hills, Jennings, Normandy, Northwoods, St. Louis, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20511 with HR Green, Inc. for design services. 37 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15001 - Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (Contract B) (12689) Making a supplemental appropriation of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design in Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (Contract B) (12689) in the Cities of Richmond Heights, Shrewsbury, University City, St. Louis, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20512 with EDM Incorporated for design services. 38 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15002 - Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (Contract C) (12690) Making a supplemental appropriation of Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($875,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design in Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Design (Contract C) (12690) in the Cities of Ballwin, Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Creve Coeur, Ellisville, Kirkwood, Manchester, Sunset Hills, Valley Park, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20513 with Oates Associates, Inc. for design services. 39 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15003 - Stormwater Streambank Stabilization Design (Contract B) (12687) Making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($205,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design in Stormwater Streambank Stabilization Design (Contract B) (12687) in the Cities of Ballwin, Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Manchester, Town and Country, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20515 with M3 Engineering Group, PC for design services. 40 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15005 - Bardho Lease Agreement Authorizing and directing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to lease to Bardho, LLC, certain real property of the District in the City of St. Louis, Missouri for use as a parking lot, and to execute a Lease Agreement upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set out. 41 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15006- Pension Consultant Contract Authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with AON Hewitt Investment Consulting, Inc. (AON), whereby AON will act as the employee pension fund investment consultant for the District and provide investment advisory services for the District’s Defined Benefit Plan, Deferred Compensation Plan, and Defined Contribution Plan.
